Alerts & Warnings

If / when you need to emphasize blocks of text, the York 2014 theme provides the Alerts and Warnings as options. It is important to use these sparingly so you don’t fatigue your visitor.

Remember: if everything is important, nothing is important.

<div class="yu-alert">
Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipisicing elit.
</div>

Note: the Alert will not be visible with the yellow background in your Visual view, regardless, it will appear on a live page.
